I have a great passion for the game of golf and have followed the professional golfing tournaments on television for most of my adult life. Since my retirement from Eastern Airlines after a thirty-year career, I play the game of golf whenever I can. During this golfing experience, I came across some Persimmon wood golf club heads and began my collection of these treasured club heads. You may, or may not know, that the Persimmon has been known as a wood that all golfers had a great passion to own and use. I wanted to share some of these golf club heads with other golfers who remember the Persimmon golf club well, and I created and designed my plaques. I am happy to have the opportunity to take this hand crafted club head, and put it to another use. The wood club can be designed alone or accented by a varied decoration, i.e., golf club cart clock and/or brass and copper sculpture to make a perfect trophy to hand out to the winner of a golf tournament, to give to a golfer as a gift, or as a piece of hand crafted art work in your home.
