Dongguang Sunshine Packaging Co.,Ltd. is an independent sub-brand of Cangzhou Excellent Plastic Printing Co., Ltd., which provides global trade support for the parent company. Cangzhou Excellent Plastic Printing Co., Ltd., has been family-run since 1998 and registered as a limited company in 2005, with registered capital of RMB 10 million. It boasts 22 years of specialised experience in the research, development and manufacturing of Flexible Packaging. Covering a site area of 3,000,000 m2, and building area of 20,000 m2, the workshop is constructed in according with Industrial 4.0 intelligent standards, including 8,000 m2 of 100,000 level dust-free purification workshop. Equipped with 4 sets of BOBST high-speed printing production lines, the printing speed reaches up to 400 m/min, with up to 10 printing colors. The workshop is equipped with over 30 sets of high-speed slitting equipments and bag making machines, producing a large variety of pouches and bags, including flat bottom bag, stand up bag, zipper bag. The daily production in formed bag reaches 3 million pcs, and the film production capacity reaches 50 tons/day. There are 8 sets of high-definition intelligent digital QC inspection equipments to guarantee no defective products can be missed, together with our stringent quality assurance policy ensures ultimate customer satisfaction. With FDA, EU10-2011, ISO9001:2015 and FSSC22000 certified, we also implement the PDCA cycle improvement management system internally. With the goal of "good quality, zero defects" to provide consumers with consistent high quality flexible packaging products.
