Supplying to Carrefour, Lenovo, HP, Hama and Other Big Companies Established in 2003, Tyjin Electronics mainly deals with USB hubs, card readers and power banks. Our products are exported to Europe, the US, Japan, South Korea and the Middle East. We cooperate with up to 100 clients including Office Depot, Belkin, Carrefour, Lenovo, HP, Hama, Speedlink, Auchun, PNY and Aldi. Our export sales turnover last year reached almost $6 million. 500,000 Products Developed Each Month We have 10 engineers who have five years' experience on average in this industry. With their expertise, four new products are developed monthly. We imported SMD equipment from Samsung. Our factory covers an area of 8,000 square meters and owns eight production lines. Thanks to our 250 workers' effort, 500,000 units can be completed each month. We can deliver 5,000 pieces in 20 days. MOQ is 3,000 pieces. Five QC Staff Assigned in Each Production Line Our production follows ISO 9001:2000 standards. We source raw materials which meet AQL 1.0 to 2.5 standards. We have 50 QC staff members with five years' experience on average. Five inspectors are assigned on each production line to monitor the quality closely.
