Dooley Real Estate was founded by Paul and Beth Dooley in 1985 after having become top Realtors for DeVoe Realty. Based in a landmark building in Kent, Connecticut, the firm has become a leader in the Litchfield County real estate community with representation on local commissions, directorships on the boards of several land trusts, involvement in the restoration of historic buildings, and participation in the creation and marketing of commercial and residential developments. We have worked with State and Federal agencies, as well as local land trusts, to secure permanent protection for significant tracts of open land. We have also helped private property owners realize property and estate tax savings through the judicious use of conservation agreements and farm and forest land tax abatements. As members of the New Milford Board of Realtors, our goal is to conduct our business in a way that adheres to the highest standards of business practice, honors the traditions and values of the region, and responds to the changes of the future with wisdom and a high level of technical competence.
