The word “Studio” reflects a creative, structured space for experimentation, refinement, and design — a place to build supports that let you channel that spark sustainably. It’s not about chasing fleeting “feel-good” moments, but about cultivating steady rhythms and frameworks that help you feel grounded, clear, and capable on your own terms. Who is DOPAMINE STUDIO? DOPAMINE STUDIO is a coaching and consulting space founded and led by Kayla Glanville — an executive coach, consultant, International Coaching Federation member, and M.S. Candidate in Executive Coaching and Consulting at NYU. The “Studio” is also the community we co-create with: late-diagnosed ADHD leaders, early-stage founders, and transformative builders shaping new ways of working and leading. We root our practice in building vision for the future — combining compassionate coaching with action-oriented strategy to help leaders see beyond the noise, design clear paths forward, and grow in ways that are authentic, sustainable, and purpose-driven.
