It ensures full compliance with the EU AI Act and promotes a cultural shift toward the responsible use of AI in the workplace. 🔹 DORG Agency The operational platform for hiring, onboarding, and managing digital employees on a daily basis. It serves as the direct interface for integrating DORGs into organizations, supporting companies throughout the entire lifecycle—from recruitment and role definition to activation and integration into organizational structures. 🔹 DORG University The training center dedicated to building skills for digital employees. It offers both standardized catalog-based competencies and tailored training programs designed to meet specific business needs. All training is validated and certified according to the ethical standards of the DORG ecosystem. Every DORG (Digital Organization) is a true digital colleague: with a name, surname, company email, and a defined role within the organizational chart. DORGs communicate via Teams, phone, or email and always operate under human supervision. The ecosystem ensures full traceability of actions, compliance with regulatory frameworks, and robust data protection through private cloud infrastructure—positioning itself as a benchmark for technological innovation that upholds human dignity and environmental sustainability.
