Dot Surveying is a multi-disciplinary chartered surveying practice. Our main specialist areas of work are telecoms, infrastructure and renewables. We work to provide bespoke solutions for our clients and partners that will enable them to achieve their objectives faster and for less outlay. The Dot in Dot Surveying stands for “Deliver On Time” and this is one of our core values as a company. We take a real pride in our work and understand that what our clients want is what we must deliver. We are regionally based throughout the UK to make sure we understand the areas we are working in fully. This also enables us to react quickly and be on site with only hours of notice required. We have hub teams in Edinburgh and Birmingham and sub-offices in other locations including London, Yorkshire and Northern Ireland. We have worked not only in all of the cities of the UK but also in some of the most remote and challenging areas of the country including the UK’s most remote islands and have excellent contacts throughout. Inevitably it is our people which sets us apart from our competition; we have a diverse, highly-skilled and committed workforce with a can-do attitude. Their knowledge, skills and experience are wide-ranging and include development, town planning and estate management. We respect each other and our clients and make it a place where everyone works in a collaborative and friendly manner - a genuine team effort. We use the latest available tools and systems to facilitate this which has allowed us to keep working seamlessly during the current world of remote working. We are also governed by the rules and codes of conduct put into place by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
