The Owners Chef Darius O. and Dr. Wakeena Dickens are the husband and wife owners behind the success of Bon Mangé Cuisine; with a highly polished and professional staff who elevates events to the next level by their attention to detail, efficiency, and anticipation of guests’ culinary needs, you will be wowed every single time no matter the event. Background Chef Darius graduated from Lincoln Culinary Institute in 2010. A year prior to graduating, Chef Darius decided to create his own catering/private chef company and started Bon Mangé Cuisine. In 2016 Chef Darius wedded Dr. Wakeena Dickens and together joined forces to co-own the business bringing together his culinary experience, talents and gifts and her business management background.
