Since then, DECU has grown to over 22,000 members sharing the common bond with those who live, work, worship, attend school, or conduct business in Washington, Waldo, Hancock, Penobscot, Lincoln, Kennebec, Sagadahoc, and Knox Counties, and the towns of Brunswick and Harpswell in Cumberland County. Branch offices are located in Baileyville, Machias, Belfast, Unity, Brewer, Calais, Richmond, and Topsham. The DECU Family of Companies includes: CULANE, LLC who partners with 12 credit unions and 100 dealers offering convenient financing options; Downeast Insurance, LLC offering insurance for Home, Vehicles, Commercial, Workers Comp, Life and Disability with offices in Baileyville, Brewer, Belfast, Calais, Machias, Richmond, Topsham, and Unity.
