About Downrite Engineering

Downrite Engineering Corporation has been a driving force in the South Florida Construction industry since 1982. The principals of Downrite, namely Sam and Joe LoBue, Jr., have the experience necessary to tackle any land development project. On any given day our clients can observe the principals on the job sites where their expertise assures that the task at hand is completed correctly and timely. We are capable of executing all aspects of any site development project including, but not limited to, the blasting and excavation of lakes, installation of pipelines for water, sewer and storm drainage systems, as well as the installation of sewage lift stations. To complete the project, we also install the asphalt, curbing, sidewalk, guardrail, pavement markings and signage. Our company has a work force of more than 400 highly skilled employees along with the newest heavy construction equipment available, consisting of bulldozers, motor graders, backhoes, combinations, loaders, excavators, draglines and dump trucks. The equipment is meticulously maintained in our Maintenance Facility, which has full-service mechanics and is located at our corporate headquarters. In order to reduce the loss of time and production, we also have twelve service trucks, which fuel and lubricate our equipment on site.
