Mimicking the familiar features of popular ride-share and food-delivery apps, Downtime Trace is a mobile app that instantly connects health care providers to labor and parts options for a turnkey service experience when their medical imaging equipment requires maintenance or repair. With one button press, providers BLAST a service request to local, pre-matched service options that include in-house technician, ISO (independent service organization), OEM, and/or gig technician. BLAST bids show up in a standard format for providers to choose based on the service option’s; availability, response time, price, and LinkedIn-style profile (pics, competency/experience on specific makes/models, and ratings/reviews). As the single-point of payment, Downtime Trace’s technology obtains final service approvals from providers and distributes payments to the labor and parts entities within hours/days instead of weeks/months.
