About Downtown Bozeman Partnership
The Downtown Bozeman Partnership serves as an incorporated management agency providing combined operational support in the form of offices and employees for its three member organizations: Business Improvement District, Downtown Bozeman Association, and Urban Renewal District. The Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) is an organization of downtown property owners who work together to keep our downtown a safe, beautiful and vibrant place. The BID administers numerous programs including the summer flower baskets, holiday lighting, graffiti removal service, and year-round maintenance staff. The Downtown Bozeman Association (DBA) is a membership organization that promotes downtown Bozeman as a center of business, culture and entertainment. Annual DBA special events include: the Christmas Stroll, the Bridal Walk, Crazy Days, the Art Walk series, Music on Main, and the Cruisin’ on Main car show. The DBA also administers the Downtown Dollars program. The Downtown Urban Renewal District (URD) was created to fund the implementation of the 1995 Downtown Bozeman Urban Renewal Plan. As mandated by Montana Code, the URD invests in infrastructure projects and economic development initiatives that add long-term value to the district. Utilizing tax increment financing, the URD was the major funding source for downtown's Bridger Park--Bozeman's first parking garage.
