Your town will be a new destination for guests within a 40 mile radius to see the new shops and attend locally-themed events. Landlords – Instead of having to negotiate with several tenants for different available spaces, we’ll work with you to lease as many spaces as you want. We vet our tenants for success. We reach out to local entrepreneurs with strong business backgrounds, and we also offer scores of franchise opportunities that will fit perfectly with your market. By working on multiple stores and storefronts at a time we will enjoy economies of scale that will keep costs down and allow the projects to be completed on time.
