Since 1993, the inception year of Watchdoc, the evolution of the market, products and of course economic and ecological contexts have greatly changed. Facing these changes, our software package has been constantly upgraded until being completely re-designed in 2003. Doxense was created in early 2005. Based in Europe, the structure provides its customers and partners a high level of expertise, responsiveness, and essential data to ensure customer satisfaction in a market undertaking severe changes. To this end, Doxense has chosen, from its inception, an indirect sales policy referencing the partners not only for their proximity but especially for their high value added service: Approximately sixty partners in Europe, USA, Middle East, Asia and Africa have assisted in the delivery of more than 10,000 Watchdoc licenses! It is also the technological partnerships with major manufacturers (Brother, Canon, HP, Konica-Minolta, Kyocera, Lexmark, OKI, Ricoh, Samsung, Sharp, Toshiba and Xerox) that provide our customers a real solution regardless of their HW equipment choice. After creating Doxense Europe late 2013 and opening two new subsidiaries in the UK and Germany, and signing major agreements with Drivve®Inc and other new manufacturers. Doxense expands its family of solutions with two major offerings: Watchdoc and Focalist. New options, new interfaces, new pricing for licenses and a new graphical design: Announcements never seen since the creation of Doxense!
