Background: Our company was formed in 1995 to offer Management Accountancy services to local limited companies. Since then the practice has grown to providing a diverse range of services to all types of business. In this time we have come to realise that whilst there is a need for the traditional services that accountants currently offer, there is much more that can be done to help our customers develop themselves and their businesses. We have identified a knowledge gap in many small and medium sized enterprises that cannot afford full-time financial expertise but would benefit from someone on hand to answer their day-to-day problems. We can fill this gap by becoming a virtual Financial Director.
