We have an excellent process for matching clients and candidates – we call it the Ideal Fit®. As a candidate, you will not pay us a fee; not now, not ever. (On the other hand, if you refer a candidate to us, and we are able to place that candidate in a great job, we will pay you a fee -- up to $1000 for a qualified placement!) You have our promise not to submit your resume to any client without your approval. As a client, you'll appreciate the relationship we build with our candidates, so that we can send you with the best talent upfront, conserving your valuable time.
