DPG is a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO). Unlike buying groups of the past, GPOs provide independent and group practices the ability to leverage economies of scale (purchasing power) without having to meet predetermined volume requirements. As we travel around and meet with dental practices, we consistently hear of the same challenges. Reduced reimbursement rates, varied fee schedules and increased overhead are squeezing already thin operating margins. Practice owners are left with declining revenue and limited solutions. In a time of uncertainty, DPG delivers solutions to improve profitability. DPG was founded in 2013 and is the only dental specific Group Purchasing Organization in the Northeast for independent and group practices. DPG is partnered with 24 vendors that provide practices with unique marketing, savings and revenue platforms that promote practice growth. In 2014, DPG members saved on everything from credit card processing fees, to dental and office supplies, to payroll and liability insurance.
