About DPM Property Services

For the past 25 years, DPM has successfully managed the property portfolio for the Devmark Property Group. Although DPM was originally part of the internal organisational structure of Devmark, the stakeholders involved within the property management division saw a gap in the market and decided to open their expertise and knowledge in property management to the broader property community. As a result, Devmark Property Management was launched, now known as DPM Property Services. Our portfolio of properties include: management of sectional title housing schemes, affordable housing, retail shopping centres, body corporates, commercial properties, light industrial properties and residential homes. Not only do we provide management and administration services to property owners, but we can also assist with the handover stages of the development. From the moment the first property is transferred, we work hand-in-hand with the dedicated project managers to ensure the handover stage runs smoothly. We assist with the set-up of the body corporate or homeowners association and, on completion of the project, we step in as the management agent. Our maintenance team consists of qualified plumbers, electricians, painters and handymen who have successfully been working with DPM for years. We take great pride in what we do and manage each property as if it was our own. We utilize a world-class software system and our staff are all dedicated to our vision and mission.
