Our diverse team is lead by renown health and workplace psychologist, Dr. Dayna Lee-Baggley, a member of the BIPOC community who appears regularly on CBC National and CTV local news broadcasts in Nova Scotia where she coached the public on coping through the Covid-19 crisis. Building on her previous work in healthcare she has assembled a team of legal professionals, researchers, and health psychologists with over 50 years of combined experience in workplace disputes, workplace interventions, legal arbitration, employee engagement surveys and healthcare to handle some of the 21st centuries most humbling and challenging systemic problems. Dr Lee-Baggley and Associates (DLBA) offers the following services: implementation of bill C65, diversity equity and inclusion coaching, workplace conflict solutions, workplace restoration, sexual misconduct solutions and more. Our clientele have included government organizations, private companies and tribal councils. We offer changes that are long lasting using proven behaviour change science techniques. We improve everyones health and wellbeing at a workplace with no exceptions even when it seems impossible.
