Hi, I’m Dr. Munita. I’m a medical doctor with 28 years of experience, a certified life coach, and a mother-daughter coach. Additionally, I hold certifications in menopause wellness, nutrition, and sleep. My journey into coaching began a decade ago, but it was during the pandemic, working on the frontlines, that I truly witnessed the toll of high-pressure living on myself, colleagues, and loved ones. This shaped my path as a life coach, where I now support individuals in achieving balance, resilience, and personal growth. Born in the Himalayas and raised in Britain, I appreciate cultural diversity and draw from this in my practice. Over the years, I have built a successful career as a doctor, led national training programs, completed a doctoral thesis, and spoken at international conferences. Alongside my career, I’ve raised children in a blended family, balancing professional and personal life. I’m described by colleagues and friends as energetic, pragmatic, and supportive—with a kind sense of humor, a straight-talking approach, and a deep respect for the relationships I build. As a high-performing individual, I understand the unique challenges faced by other high achievers and offer coaching tailored to help them thrive.
