We are on a mission to bring hive-led healthcare, incorporating ingredients sustainably sourced from the beehive, to bedside tables and medicine cabinets across the world. But how did we get here? The story of Dr Sosnowski’s begins with a scientist and associate professor who was born in Poland and lived and worked in Canada for much of his life: Dr Zenon Sosnowski. Medically and scientifically trained, Dr. Sosnowski dedicated much of his working life (more than 35 years) to researching the benefits and medical applications of bee propolis: a natural substance made by bees from a combination of plant and tree saps and bee enzymes. The work of Dr. Sosnowski has formed the foundation of our mission, our passion for hive-derived ingredients and our commitment to sustainable beekeeping.
