We present you: wire as a service 🚀 Whether you need processed wires or cables, with or without printing, we can make it, in Belgium 🇧🇪 We focus on the typical panel builder and machine builder who builds his panel only once. Supported by POSSS software, you can process the wire list export from your ECAD system or Excel thru the automated bundling and receive an instant quote, which can immediately result in an order. We support Eplan Pro Panel (also Smart Wiring), SEE Electrical 3D panel+, Zuken, … so there’s literally no reason why you shouldn’t use your virtual twin with maximum benefit. We can deliver multiple additional labelling systems, according to your needs. In addition we also do numerous smaller sub assemblies, sometimes consisting only of 1 wire with 1 or 2 terminations in high volume. With our highly automated production plant, containing a Komax Zeta 630, Zeta 640, Kappa 340, Alpha 520 and many other smaller equipment, we are equipped for high volume and diversity on single piece production and smaller series up to some 10.000’s. Our wires are standard inkjet printed with source/target (bye bye schematics 😃), we have over 400 end-terminations possibilities (including ultrasonic welding), a number that keeps on rising with the growth of new customers. For the printed wires we have mainly 3 focus products: H0xV2-K, UL1015/10269 and halogen-free wire, resulting in more than 300 references and permanently 5-600km in stock, ranging from 0,5mm2 up to 70mm2 or more on request. To complete our program, we also deliver tailored, small and simple cable assemblies that consist of cables ranging from 0,14mm2 up to 16mm2, with or without equipped connectors.
