I ponder about what and how they would like to interact with my client. I'm most drawn to my clients' heart, vision and relationship-building they want to achieve. 🔥 I'm highly ideas-driven, relationship-driven, and purpose-driven. 💡 I LOVE inventing innovative ways when creating/designing resources that make them accessible to solopreneurs bootstrapping their businesses. I don't want them to miss out on having tools they'd value, especially if they could be personalised to their brand. ♻️ When working on a complex illustration, I consider ways they could get more than a one-time use and offer to package the project that gives them extra value so they can use it across the board of their business and online presence for many years! 🔓 For extra value during a project, I often send my clients screenshots and updates so they have content to share on their social media. 📡 To help my clients feel connected to the project from the beginning, I invite them to choose the direction when creating a unique logo or illustration if interested. I welcome their inclusion and want them to feel they've been part of the decision-making process. 💰 I work with any budget by offering flexibility in the options I give them with a sliding scale, so it's always a win/win. 🍪 I'm illustration-heavy in my work. I'm not a cookie-cutter creative.
