About Dream Building Service Association

Dream Building Service Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to the survival and development of children in impoverished areas throughout the world through short-term support education, social research and social congregation. We aim to promote education, culture, health, social welfare and environment protection development. Each year, DBSA recruits volunteers to Mathare slum in Nairobi, Kenya to support the education and the construction of elementary schools. Thanks to our generous donors, DBSA was able to rebuilt an elementary school and rename it to Chang Rong Light Centre Elementary School in 2014 summer. It is expected that a new school will be established for our 2015 project in Kenya. The China project will be launched in 2016. Founded by a group of volunteers who served in Kenya in 2014, DBSA was officially registered in Victoria, Canada in 2015. DBSA has grown organically to include board members, staff and volunteers located across Canada, China, the United States and Britain. We are looking for great people who truly wants to make a real difference in the world.
