Dream new market is an innovative start up born from the initiative of three Italian-Russian partners with diversified experiences in the following areas: - ICT (Information and Communications Technology) - Real estate - Strategy, Marketing and Communication The goal of Dream New Market is to expand the Italian Real Estate business to markets not yet saturated by providing value added services to the customers; thanks to the mix of skills and experiences of the team, the Company is able to provide an ad hoc consultancy for all the three above mentioned areas to anyone who wants to extend its own property business to the Russian market. The initiative is based on the investment in ICT as enabler of the digital communication. Dream New Market has designed and developed a web tool that allow the promotion of the Italian Real Estate in the Russian Market: through two portals, one Italian and one Russian, it offers to the Italian customers (that can be both agencies or private) an end-to-end service in order to support them to scout and manage the relation with Russian clients and promote their properties without any brokerage activities. The key value of Dream New Market is represented by the combination of both business and technical expertise of the Digital context and a deep knowledge of the Russian culture.
