About Dreamland Coaching

I'm Caitlin Barrett, the founder of Dreamland Coaching. I provide gentle, personalised sleep support for babies, toddlers, and the families who care for them. As a certified sleep consultant, early childhood educator, and mum of two, I take a holistic, family-centred approach to sleep that focuses on what feels right for you and your child. I know that every child is different, and so is every family. That’s why I take the time to understand your little one’s temperament, your routines, and your parenting values. Whether you're navigating bedtime battles, short naps, early wakes, or overnight disruptions, I offer realistic support tailored to your needs. I currently offer one-on-one consultations by phone, online, and in-home, along with flexible support options like email and text. I also provide in-person appointments in Point Cook, weekend home visits, and workshops for families and early years educators. A self-paced online course is also in development. My goal is to help you feel more rested, more confident, and better supported as you guide your child toward better sleep. Based in Melbourne and proudly supporting families across Australia and the world.
