DREAMS+DUCATS is a nonprofit education consultancy that designs solutions to evolve learning alongside community and culture. We create space and learning experiences that expand thinking and prime potential in youth, educators and institutions. With an emphasis on strategy and innovation, our professional solutions help educators and institutions strengthen their core learning programs and design more relevant career-focused content, work-based learning (WBL) and enrichment experiences for young people ages 16-24. We offer a range of Career and Technical Education (CTE) supports to schools and school districts including strategic planning and advising, professional development trainings and wellness workshops to ensure that educators and administrators are equipped to drive student success and thrive. Each is uniquely designed to inspire efficacy and imagination and foster the next wave of skilled, socially conscious visionaries and leaders. We partner with youth, government, small business, higher education and nonprofit organizations to activate our community-based programming including special events, workshops, trainings, and project-based learning experiences.
