We created and implemented N.J.’s first remedial action plan for the Newport redevelopment site, and our portfolio now includes the three-tower Journal Squared project, the 900-foot skyscraper at 99 Hudson, Porte Liberté, the Hudson Exchange and the 16-story mixed-use residential property at 533 Mercer Street, among others.
