The mission of Dress for Success® Northern NJ - 10 Counties is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing professional attire, a network of support and career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. Dress for Success® Northern NJ - 10 Counties is part of the international organization Dress for Success with more than 140 affiliates worldwide. Dress for Success services are free of charge. Since 1998, Dress for Success Northern NJ - 10 Counties has provided work-appropriate attire and important career support to thousands of women who are seeking employment, but cannot afford the essential apparel or have the tools they need to make a positive first impression. Dress for Success Northern NJ - 10 Counties serves most of northern New Jersey now covering 10 counties: Bergen, Essex, Hunterdon, Morris, Middlesex, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union and Warren. This past year we helped nearly 1500 women through our chapter. We offer a Professional Women's Group, a Mobile Suiting Program, a Career Center, Technical Skills Workshops, Foundations of Success Workshops and Steps 2 Success, powered by ADP. Since starting operations in 1997, Dress for Success Worldwide has expanded to almost 150 cities in 20 countries. To date, Dress for Success has helped more than 850,000 women work towards self-sufficiency.
