Dress for Success Oregon (DFSO) is a workforce development nonprofit organization that focuses exclusively on the needs of women in the greater Portland, Salem, and Southwest Washington area. Our mission is to empower women and gender expansive individuals to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and the development tools to help them thrive in work and in life. In addition to providing professional attire, DFSO’s services include job search assistance, job retention tools, career development support, and career exploration.
