Where does a woman turn for help in accessing and maintaining meaningful and long-term employment? Dress for Success Worcester empowers women with the confidence, competence and connections to succeed by walking with her on her career journey. We aim to provide more than just clothing; we strive to help women gain confidence and step boldly into the future! Dress for Success Worcester, a local affiliate of the global Dress for Success organization, has made women’s economic mobility our ultimate priority. Our vision is a world where women do not live in poverty, are treated with dignity and respect and are strengthening their families and shaping our communities. With 16 years of experience, we reach more than 300 Central Massachusetts women each year and have worked with over 5,300 since our founding. Slightly more than 82% of the women we serve are the primary earners in their households, and 70% of them receive public assistance when they are referred to us. Each of our cornerstone programs and services are provided free of charge to any woman who needs our support and include the Workplace Readiness Program, Career Center/Coaching, Suiting Program and Professional Women’s Group.
