About DrNow

DrNow is a mobile application geared toward changing the way physicians and patients view and experience healthcare. We are dedicated to bringing together qualified family care practitioners, mid-level providers and patients through a user-friendly interface. Our goal is to make healthcare more convenient for patients, by allowing them to be seen by a physician of their choosing in the comfort of their own home, and to provide practitioners with more quality face time for a better standard of healthcare. How It Works • Physicians and patients will have an account. • Patients are able to view the credentials and specialties of available physicians in their area, and make a request for an at-home appointment. • At their own discretion, physicians set their status as available, and when a patient in their designated zone requests an appointment, they are alerted and given a notification to accept the call. • The physician arrives at the patient’s home, and they are guaranteed a 20-30 minute time-frame for proper evaluation and treatment, as opposed to the more common five minutes in a primary care office. • Physicians can call in or write prescriptions for their patients.
