Droman provides strategic advice and services focused on policing, civil contingency, cybercrime training and public safety markets in the UK and internationally. We combine extensive operational, regulatory and strategic leadership experience at the most senior levels, with the networks and skills necessary to build successful partnerships between public and private sectors. In addition to this broad spectrum, strategic advisory and programme delivery role, we are able to deliver pinpoint solutions to plug operational risks and gaps. For example, we are currently providing innovative police cybercrime training using immersive learning technology, that allows users to enter and interact with a virtual workplace whether that is an office or a victim's house. Beyond cybercrime training, we are developing a full range of training courses using our unique underpinning learning platform. This allows users to access training via an app, anytime, anywhere in the world. This approach delivers engaging and effective training at scale and at low cost. More broadly, we are currently delivering criminal justice advice and supporting reform at government level, across a range of UK, eurozone and wider international contexts.
