Our series of training programmes have been designed to take you from the beginning of a new training cycle, coaching you all the way through to competition, whilst preparing you for optimal performance. Our developed range of programmes cater for all abilities, and this is why we have put in place a progression structure to the programmes. All deigned by David Smith; former Team GB athlete, British Bobsleigh Team, match sprinter, track cyclist, racing at British and World Masters Championship competitions. Now strength & conditioning coach, offering training in multiple sports and disciplines. My goal is to introduce athletes from all backgrounds and abilities to elite training methods to increase performance, reduce risk of injury and bring structure along with progressive development. I'm bringing credible training programmes to the market through DS Performance which have all been developed with my vast experience and knowledge from my 20 year sporting career.
