We hold global relationships with key and trusted suppliers built up over this period. Starting as a value-added reseller ourselves, we have dealt with the issues of the traditional distribution channel including high prices long lead times, and credit pressures, we looked past these hindrances and forged direct relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to provide our customers with better services and prices. This developed to the point where our fellow resellers started approaching us to help them secure products not available in the channel. We have evolved a strategy of IT distribution taking lessons from the reseller community to provide next-generation IT distribution to the IT Trade channels.
