The team are pro-active and dynamic, a fact reflected by the successful organic growth of the business since its inception. The workforce comes from an engineering base where 90%+ are educated to graduate level, and ~25% of these to Masters Level, the approach is of Engineering applied to Support Services rather than the usual Support / Logistical solutions that are less effective and efficient when applied to CIS.
