DT&G Ltd (DTG Engineering) are specialist engineers manufacturing 'Finn' Chocolate Coating and Polishing Technologies for fruit, nuts, rice krispies, malt balls and many other products in chocolate and yoghurt. The use of lightweight Intralox® ThermoDrive® belts ensures optimum hygiene, fast cleaning, and water and energy efficiency with less waste product, while the operational performance of the machines has labour saving benefits. We provide constant support and advice on the development of both the product line and finished confectionery to ensure our customer achieves the greatest return on their investment. Here at DT&G, we pride ourselves on our quick and efficient responsiveness to our customers’ needs. The original Finn Belt Coater was produced in 1962 from a small workshop in Birkenhead, UK by Mr Frank Finn. The Finn name is now recognised as the most efficient chocolate coating and polishing machine supplied to countries worldwide. Our design and innovation team continue to create new machines with improved production times and delivery to ensure project success. Our focus is on the future as we adapt and develop our machines, offering turnkey solutions in line with the needs of our customers and confectionary trends. Working to our Environmental and Ethical policies, we hope to improve our impact on people and planet by conforming to the EU Sustainable Development Goals and working towards a circular economy system. This includes supporting our community here in the Wirral, our global community of customers, and even the cacao producers at the start of the chocolate supply chain.
