About DTCare

DTCare was incorporated in 2019 to expand humanitarian operations already being conducted by the President, Marco Gruelle, and his board members. Within one year of DTCare's founding, we set up operations on 4 out of 7 continents. In addition to our USA flagship, DTCare satellite offices are located in Lebanon, South Africa, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Ukraine.
