So who is Direct Tyre Management? DTM is an independent tyre management company formed specifically to work with customers giving them a real choice of brand and service provider. Typically the service demands of customers in today's market are numerous; therefore invariably the requirement to use numerous different options exists but is too complex and time consuming for the customer to manage. Direct Tyre Management will co-ordinate this requirement. What services are Direct Tyre Management offering? Direct Tyre Management has the capability to offer varying contractual options to major customers, from independent audits through to complete tyre management including authorisation. As a company Direct Tyre Management does not employ fitting staff. Its purpose is to assist the customer in obtaining the best commercial deal to maximise on his tyre investment, whilst ensuring the service is being delivered in line with the contractual commitments made. This can only be achieved by paying fair prices for service delivery to ensure that everybody in the agreement has common objectives. A 24 hour Roadside Breakdown facility supports the Direct Tyre Management offering to customers. This facility is also available to Direct Network members to utilise for their own customers
