Dat wil zeggen dat mensen vanuit hun eigen ervaring anderen helpen en ondersteunen in hun herstel. Wereldwijd worden er dagelijks offline en online meetings georganiseerd waarin je vrij bent te praten over zaken waar je tegen aanloopt, je hart te luchten of gewoon te luisteren naar de overeenkomsten in de verhalen van anderen. Naast deze praktische ondersteuning proberen wij, door het geven van voorlichting op scholen, in (verslavings-)klinieken, GGZ-instellingen of andere organisaties het stigma rond psychische problemen en verslaving te doorbreken.
