About Dubai College of Tourism (DCT)
Dubai College of Tourism (DCT) is fully owned by Dubai Corporation of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DCTCM). Its mission is to drive professional excellence by training students in line with international qualification standards to cultivate talent in the tourism sector with the skills, attributes and behaviours aligned to the unique Dubai brand. DCT is a vocational college emphasising practical education in five faculty areas: Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, Events and Culinary Arts. Delivering certificate and diploma courses, as well as its introductory course, an Introduction to the Tourism Industry, the program offerings are designed in a phased, flexible manner and in alignment with UAE National Qualifications Framework. They are designed to help young students (both expatriate and Emirati) to discover their potential and gain practical experience through on-the-job training, internships and work placements. With its strong industry connections, DCT is committed to assisting all of its students in securing roles in Dubai’s growing tourism industry.
