About Dublanc Studio

Dublanc Studio is an international architectural practice based in Central London, with a developed expertise in both the UK and overseas. We also have offices in Santiago and Buenos Aires. The practice offers architecture and interior design, embracing all stages in the process, from sketch design through to completion. As part of inception stage, we can provide a feasibility study which considers several factors. This includes an analysis of the constraints of the site, establishing an optimum footprint for the building, determining the buildings parameters and developing our design in order to achieve the site’s maximum potential. During this process, preliminary discussions with planning are held, to ensure that the proposal can meet planning policies. The feasibility study includes floor plans, 3D illustrations of how the finished building will look like, schedule of areas, estimated build costs and draft programme. We have a 100% success rate in receiving planning approval and listed building consents having worked on buildings Grade I, II* & II, developing thus a good relationship with planners and conservation officers. Our design team works in conjunction with engineers, quantity surveyors and services consultants, providing a complete package from sketch design through to completion in order to deliver the best proposal in terms of design, quality and costs. As lead consultants, we also coordinate special designers and artisans in the fields of special finishes, ironwork, lighting, audio-visual, environment and landscape.
