About Dulini
With great pressure on wilderness areas around the world, what we have is rare and precious. We have been afforded the opportunity to leave a legacy of conservation for future generations and we intend to enlighten and inspire our guests with our passion. Our vision is to invest in the conservation of our natural heritage, by developing a sustainable hospitality business within the wildlife environment, delivering world class hospitality to the South African tourism industry. The three lodges that make up Dulini (Dulini Moya, Dulini Leadwood and Dulini River) are situated within the 65,000 hectare, 160,600 acre, Sabi Sand Nature Reserve, formed as a voluntary association of like-minded landowners. The Sabi Sand Nature Reserve shares a 50 kilometre unfenced boundary with the world-famous Kruger National Park to the east, creating a vast wilderness in which animals are free to roam unhindered. Guests at Dulini enjoy traversing rights over an impressive 10,500 hectares of this world-famous Reserve, including 16 kilometres of river access on both the north and south banks of the Sand River. Crucially, the biodiversity of this unique habitat includes all of the key ecological systems of the Sabi Sand Nature Reserve. With its collaborative approach to wildlife management, ecological monitoring and anti-poaching efforts, the Sabi Sand Nature Reserve is today renowned as one of South Africa’s most successful wilderness conservation areas. It is home to all of Africa’s famous Big Five, but also supports a remarkable ecosystem of fauna, flora and birdlife to be discovered in the company of our expert field guides and trackers.
