About Dulwich College Beijing
Four hundred years of heritage but with a forward-thinking approach that prepares students for an indefinable future – that’s the Dulwich education. Established in 2005, Dulwich College Beijing (DCB) belongs to a family of 10 Dulwich College International schools in Asia with strong ties to the founding College in London. It is a British international school for students from 3-18 years of age. The curriculum is based on the enhanced English National Curriculum up to Year 9, IGCSE courses for students in Years 10 and 11, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in Years 12 and 13. DCB emphasises excellence in academics, sports, and the arts, fostering in every child a sense of the importance of community service. In 2016, DCB earned an Expat Life Award in the “Best International School” category. In 2017, DCB gained a global award for British International School of the Year 2017 for Teaching Initiative in Blended Maths. The STEAM/SE21 programme was recognised with the International School Award 2019 for Creativity in Learning. DCB graduating classes consistently achieve some of the best IB averages in China—results that place the students in the world’s best institutions, such as the Russell Group in the UK, the Ivy League, and top universities in the US, Canada, Asia, and Europe.
