About Duncan-Wisniewski Architecture
Duncan Wisniewski Architecture is a Burlington, Vermont based architecture firm founded in 1985. Our motto is to make good places for good people through good architecture. We shared a commitment to designing spaces beneficial to our community, society, and environment. Pursuing these ideals, we chose to remain a relatively small firm, work locally, and devote our personal attention to clients and their projects. On any given project, big or small, we are intimately involved in programming through construction completion. We have a dynamic and talented staff of 8 who continually challenge design and modeling processes, integrate carbon modeling as early as schematic design, utilize BIM models for 3D exploration and rendering, and produce tailored contract documents by pushing the capabilities of Vectorworks. Our work ranges from small renovations to large structures and even entire neighborhoods. We specialize in affordable housing and work closely with repeat clients, as well as take on a variety of other mission driven work from veterinary clinics to health care centers, early education centers to recreational pavilions, and more.
