About Dundalk Bay Brewery & Distillery
Dundalk Bay Brewery and Distillery is a 50HL brewery and distillery based in Co.Louth, Ireland. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to making high quality, fresh beer and gin. Our brewery creates our trade product, Brewmaster Beer, which are sessionable beers to fit a demographic that enjoys high-end beers that are unique and offer aromas and tastes that never grow old. Our local ingredients are all carefully sourced to fit our perfect recipe for our three different brews - IPA, Red Ale and Lager. Ravenrock Gin is a small batch premium Irish gin that is filtered through Silurian aged sandstone and infused with a local blend of rowan berries and wild organic Irish heather. It is inspired by a small island off the coast of Blackrock, Co Louth, while its name comes from a cliff in the nearby Cooley Mountains. This is the place where many of the botanicals, such as the heather that we use, are foraged!
