DUNGENESS VALLEY HEALTH AND WELLNESS CLINIC, AKA SEQUIM FREE CLINIC, is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. Located at 777 N5th Ave, Sequim, WA. Patients will be seen by volunteer providers. Free lab and x-ray services are available for patients with no insurance. Vouchers are available for emergency dental work and vaccinations. Prescription assistance programs are available. Chronic health care services are available by appointment after identified in an evening clinic. The clinic also sponsors Working on Wellness (WOW!) forums on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 2pm on a variety of health related topics. These forums are broadcast on KSQM 91.5FM.
