About Dunlap Towing Company
Dunlap Towing Company is family and employee owned and has been providing dependable marine transportation services for 90 years. We offer towing services within the Puget Sound, along the Pacific Coast from California to British Columbia, to Alaska including remote ports above the Arctic Circle, and across the Pacific Ocean to Hawaii and beyond. Our tugboats are able to handle large barges on the open ocean as well as safely maneuver vessels in constricted rivers, channels, or harbors. We have barges capable of hauling oversize equipment as well as bulk commodities and personnel with the knowledge and training to transport all types of cargo including those requiring special handling and securement. We provide assist services to ships calling on the port of Dutch Harbor and to tank barges delivering oil product on the Puget Sound. In addition to our maritime services, we operate two log yards and a chip reload facility in the Pacific Northwest. Dunlap Towing Company is your full service maritime provider.
