About Durham University Keyboard Instrument Society
Durham University Keyboard Instrument Society was founded in 2020 to bring together players of different keyboard instruments, different tastes and different capabilities - all sharing a mutual passion and interest in music. DUKIS’s main aim is to provide a social space for its members, who are all too often unfairly left out due to the inherently solo nature of their instruments – so we will be setting up piano ensembles and organising both formal and informal performance opportunities, workshops and maybe even the odd organ crawl!
