History & Background Duryea & Associates was established in 1993 and is located in Spokane Washington. We specialize in providing ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys throughout the Northwest. We are licensed in California, Oregon, Washington and Idaho. Our clients include Lenders, Developers, and other Real Estate Professionals. We have prepared surveys for single transactions, as well as multiple property closings. We have provided ALTA Surveys for Hotels, Motels, Apartments Complexes, Golf Courses, Restaurants, Manufacturing Plants, Office/R&D buildings, Regional Shopping Centers, and other commercial and industrial properties. Project Approach When you contact our office for a new project, we will prepare a formal proposal defining the scope of work and a fixed fee for the work. The scope of work includes any specific lender or client requirements. We work directly with the Title Company, the Borrower, Lender and respective counsels to insure the survey is completed on time and in accordance with any specific requirements of the various parties. Duryea & Associates is a small firm, and when you contact our office for follow up questions on a survey, you will probably talk with a staff member that was on the site. We have found that this project approach minimizes review time and necessary revisions.
